Technical Support Specialist

At Citi, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing existing system logic and making recommendations for enhancements or fixes.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of business systems and industry standards, as well as strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Additionally, the ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with team members is essential.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will have a direct impact on the business through the quality of your work, impacting not only your team but also closely related teams.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing system logic and make recommendations for enhancements or fixes
- Participate in validation and testing activities
- Apply good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing objectives
- Assess applicability of previous experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years experience or interest in apps support procedures, concepts and other technical areas
- Participation in some process improvements
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
