Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Auxis team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, technical knowledge, and experience in providing support for complex technical issues. Responsibilities include incident/request/problem/knowledge management, queue management, first-level contact, and escalation of unresolved queries.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage incident and request queues for Auxis clients
- Provide first-level contact and resolve customer issues
- Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations

Requirements
- 1-2 years of technical support experience
- Knowledge/Training on IT frameworks such as ITIL
- Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, VPN, network-shared printers and drives experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High School diploma

Preferred Skills
- Cisco CCNA Modules
- Microsoft MTA
- Spanish language proficiency (B2+ or above)
