We're a dynamic organization seeking an exceptional technical support specialist to join our team. With a strong focus on delivering top-notch customer experiences, we're looking for someone who embodies a proactive approach and excels at resolving complex issues.
The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in multiple languages, including Spanish, English, and Portuguese, and have extensive experience in enterprise technical support or IT. A proven track record of successfully leading onboarding calls, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and developing effective solutions is essential.
This role involves working closely with customers and partners to identify and resolve technical problems, taking ownership of reported issues from start to finish. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial in this position, as is excellent communication ability. The successful candidate will be comfortable working remotely, reading and understanding logs, and performing root cause analysis.
In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and have fundamental knowledge of networking basics and topology. Experience with cloud computing concepts and a strong understanding of TI fields are highly valued.
