Your RoleAs a key member of our Sales team, you will partner with colleagues in Sales, Product Management, Business Systems and Sales Operations to design and deliver new capabilities that enhance our global Sales organization's performance and effectiveness.
- Onboarding new sales professionals and integrating newly acquired firms into our Sales organization is a critical responsibility.
- You will assist sales professionals with complex quoting requirements in Apttus CPQ.
- Developing and maintaining onboarding and new Salesforce/Apttus functionality content, mostly delivered via e-learning, is another essential duty.
- Creating dashboards and reports for Sales executives and Sales Enablement team to track sales effectiveness is also crucial.
- Mapping customer journeys and adapting sales motions and sales content to optimize customer interactions requires strong analytical skills.
- Researching, piloting and evaluating sales enabling technology tools & services is an ongoing task.
- Enhancing the usability of our CRM and other sales tech stack components is vital to our success.
- Conducting regular assessments of sales activities and recommending process changes to drive seller effectiveness is a key performance indicator.
Requirements- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose).
