We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales enablement professional to join our global sales organization at Zm Financial Systems.
This role involves partnering with colleagues to design and deliver new capabilities that drive business results.
A key aspect of this role is onboarding new sales professionals and facilitating their integration into our sales organization.
You will also work closely with sales professionals to assist with complex quoting requirements and develop content for e-learning programs.
Additionally, you will create dashboards and reports to track sales effectiveness and map customer journeys to optimize interactions.
Experience with sales enabling technology tools and services, CRM systems, and data analysis is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The base salary range for this position is $75,500 to $109,400, and it is eligible for annual performance incentive compensation and a competitive benefits package.
