Microsoft Partner Success Account Management Lead

This role supports the Advanced Support for Partners (ASfP) service offering and is part of the Global Partner Enablement team within the Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization. As a Partner Success Account Manager, you will work closely with partners to help them grow their business and thrive within the Microsoft partner ecosystem. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in account management, cloud solutions, and partner success, and to contribute to the growth and success of Microsoft's global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain direct relationships with a portfolio of Microsoft Partners focused on Microsoft cloud technologies
- Act as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for services and pre-sales/technical scenarios
- Work proactively to advise on activities that promote cloud consumption and business growth
- Develop and implement targeted service delivery plans to optimize partner business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive joint business planning and execution
