Key responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts, handling customer calls, processing small balance write-offs, customer reconciliations, and credit memos. The specialist will also collaborate with sales and senior management to accelerate the collection process, communicate effectively with the sales department, and follow up on customer past due balances.
The ideal candidate will have experience in collections or accounts receivable, with strong English language skills (written and oral) and 1-2 years of customer service experience. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, complete tasks with limited supervision, and demonstrate problem-solving skills, conflict resolution, and multi-tasking abilities.
