**Job Summary**
- **Manage Operational Business Relationships**: Lead the management of operational business relationships with key accounts, optimizing strategies to drive growth and profitability. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers/partners, providing exceptional support and expertise for operational issues.
- **Analyze and Optimize**: Analyze account financials to develop and implement financial strategies that maximize ROI for both the organization and the customer. Identify process gaps and advocate for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- **Negotiate and Develop Strategies**: Participate in negotiations for contracts and agreements with key customers/partners, ensuring favorable terms that align with the organization's objectives. Develop strategies for gathering, analyzing, and acting on customer feedback to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Maintain Records and Identify Risks**: Maintain detailed records, documentation, and reports related to customer interactions, operational processes, and project progress. Identify and manage risks associated with customer accounts and operational processes to ensure business continuity.
- **Stay Updated and Guide Junior Team Members**: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements, providing guidance and support to junior team members as needed.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage operational business relationships with mid-sized to large accounts, supporting project and account teams in designing customer solutions and optimizing operational processes.
- Analyze account financials to develop financial strategies that maximize profitability and ROI for both the organization and the customer.
- Act as a point of contact for customers/partners for operational issues, concerns, and escalations.
- Identify process gaps, advocate for process improvements, and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and key stakeholders, outlining the status of strategic accounts, financial performance, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Participate in negotiations for contracts and agreements with key customers or partners to ensure that terms are favorable and aligned with the organization's objectives.
- Develop strategies for gathering, analyzing, and acting on customer feedback to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain detailed records, documentation, and reports related to customer interactions, operational processes, and project progress in adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Identify and manage risks associated with customer accounts and operational processes to ensure business continuity.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements while guiding junior team members in navigating day-to-day challenges.
