Organization Overview

At Microsoft, we're driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence. Our Enterprise Direct Services team is responsible for providing direct and centralized operations services for Direct Enterprise Agreement customers, ensuring seamless transactions with Microsoft. We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Operations Manager, where you'll play a critical role in designing and executing transactional services across the Enterprise customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports business program planning and design, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify audience size and program scope.
  • Works with others to define and track success criteria and performance metrics, such as quality, adoption, and impact.
  • Collaborates to define and execute landing and communication plans, ensuring participants and stakeholders are communicating and responding according to the necessary cadence.
  • Assists in portfolio management, communicating program status to relevant stakeholders and holding them accountable for following established schedules and risk mitigation plans.
