About the Role:
- As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues related to Devices and Deployment.
- You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely communication and updates throughout the process.
- Your expertise in Windows System Administration, Configuration, and Networking will be invaluable in providing top-notch support to our customers.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field and 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Fluent English language skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Windows System Administration, Configuration, including a good basic understanding of Registry, File Storage, User Accounts and Access Control, Event Logs and Auditing, Performance, Resource Monitor, Networking (TCP, IP)
