As a technical expert at Microsoft, you'll have the opportunity to develop and leverage your technical skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and drive innovation and process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

About the Role:

In this role, you'll:

  • Collaborate with product groups and engineering teams to deliver technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of new features and functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field.
  • Fluent English language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Experience in WSUS, SMS, SCCM 2007, 2012, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Operating Systems Concepts - Active Directory, Security, OS Internals.
  • Networking concepts - DNS, protocols, Devices.
  • IIS Concepts - Configuration, ISAPI, Architecture, SSL, and Kerberos.
  • Exception Handling.
  • Tools - Netmon, Perfmon, SQL Profiler.
  • Intermediate debugging skills.
  • Intermediate SQL Server Administration concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Mobile device OS, Client, Server knowledge, understanding of Cloud services.
