Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support experiences for Microsoft Dynamics F&O customers. This includes owning and resolving complex technical issues, identifying cases requiring escalation, and contributing to case deflection initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in ERP systems like Dynamics, SAP, PeopleSoft, NetSuite ERP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Epicor, and related technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with web development technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML5
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL or other database technologies
