As a Customer Success Program Lead in our CE&S organization, you'll be responsible for driving customer success across a portfolio of accounts. You'll work closely with our sales teams to develop and execute customer success plans that meet the unique needs of each customer.
**Responsibilities:**
- Identifies, navigates, communicates, and influences key customer technical and business stakeholders at different levels.
- Guides and leads conversations to facilitate the achievement of customer business objectives by leveraging their investment in Microsoft.
- Maps internal roles to customer priorities to action the needs of customers.
**Requirements:**
- Strong background in technical sales or customer success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
