Key Responsibilities:
- You will provide expert-level technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- You will collaborate with internal teams to identify and address root causes of customer issues
- You will develop and deliver training programs to help customers get the most out of our products
Requirements:
- 5+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 3+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture - Fundamentals of Fabric, Compute, Storage etc.
- Familiarity with OS Internals concepts, built-in diagnostics, Active Directory and Security (Windows and/or Linux)
- Fluency to read, write, and speak English.
