We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Engineer to join our team. As a member of our CSS organization, you will deliver a seamless support experience to our customers, building trust and confidence for every person and organization.

In this role, you will review, investigate, and solve customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices. You will also participate in communities with peer delivery roles, develop specific technical and professional proficiency, and identify potential product defects.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex technical issues, a strong understanding of system administration, networking, and security concepts. A background in programming languages such as PowerShell, C#, Java, and SQL is also preferred.
