Strategic Employee Experience Partner

As an Employee Relations Specialist at Databricks, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience. You will partner with leaders across the organization to provide strategic guidance and support in resolving employee relations issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual meetings with employees and managers to determine the applicability of policies and procedures and recommend an action plan.
- Resolve issues at an early stage by providing access to self-service tools and resources.
- Maintain accurate documentation of case work and track progress through conclusion.
- Partner with the People Partner team to manage escalated employee leave/absence matters, employee misconduct issues, and performance management situations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of Employee Relations experience with a focus on strategic partnership with managers.
- Ability to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, influence decision-makers, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in advising and coaching managers on performance management situations.
- Experience in managing a high volume workload and prioritizing time-sensitive matters.
- Capability to coordinate internal resources in solution development for emerging issues.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
