Strategic Partner Growth and Sales Operations Manager

About the Role
- Drive Executive & Cross-Functional Alignment on Partner Readiness for Product Release Updates.
- Ensure proper Partner capacity is trained in product updates.
- Develop Partner selection strategy & capacity planning for key product areas.
- Act as a conduit across Alliances & Channels org on Partner Practice Strategy.
- Assess Partner feedback on overall release readiness & make it easy for Partners to stay up to date with product releases.
- Oversee practice gap prioritization strategy.
Your Background and Qualifications
- You possess professional experience in sales, strategy, business development, or partner management.
- You can engage stakeholders, provide clear communications of strategy, and active listening to determine partner needs and issues.
- You have strong business experience and history of developing business plans, territory development, or strategic analysis.
- You have exceptional presentation skills and comfort with communications to senior level partner personae.
