Job Summary:
The Customer Success Team Lead is responsible for leading and developing a team of Customer Success Managers to drive revenue retention and growth across business lines in the Americas.
This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue retention and growth
- Collaborate with internal partners to achieve business objectives
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and skills
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Analyse data and metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree and relevant work experience, as well as strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to analyse data and metrics.
