**Job Summary**
Experian is seeking a highly skilled Lender Account Manager to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a defined territory of customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a defined territory of customer accounts, including creating and updating customer profiles, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with sales teams and other departments to drive sales growth and improve customer relationships.
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
