Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support experiences with Microsoft
  • Owning and resolving technical issues using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices, and transparency within and across teams
  • Identifying cases requiring escalation, whether technically or strategically
  • Creating and maintaining incident management requests to product groups or engineering groups
  • Contributing to case deflection initiatives, automation, and other digital self-help assets to enhance customer and engineer experiences
  • Providing ramp activities, knowledge sharing, technical coaching, and mentoring
  • Driving technical collaboration and engagement outside of CSS with Product Engineering teams, Services, Support, and Regions

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of technical support, consulting, or IT experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • Experience in WSUS, SMS, SCCM 2007, 2012, and Microsoft Intune
  • Understanding of Operating Systems Concepts: Active Directory, Security, OS Internals
  • Networking concepts: DNS, protocols, Devices
  • IIS Concepts: Configuration, ISAPI, Architecture, SSL, and Kerberos
  • Exception Handling
  • Tools: Netmon, Perfmon, SQL Profiler
  • Intermediate debugging skills
  • Intermediate SQL Server Administration concepts
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Mobile device OS, Client, Server knowledge, and Cloud services

**Benefits and Perks:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
