Technical Support Specialist

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software. They will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to 360training's workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance with computer systems, hardware, and software
- Communicate effectively with users to understand technical problems
- Research, explain, and implement technical solutions
- Administer Microsoft 365 products and services
- Manage user identity and access, system/network updates, and endpoint anti-virus protection
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk support or equivalent role
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals and Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certifications preferred
- CompTIA A+ preferred
- ITIL Foundation certification desired
- Proficiency in English and ability to communicate effectively
