**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our team at Mondelez International.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing professional relationships with customers and optimizing base sales, new product development (NPD), and promotions.

You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities, driving field KPIs and achieving annual objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
- Implement and monitor promotional activities.
- Place point-of-buy materials and implement effective placement strategies.
- Report on activities.

**What You'll Bring**

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes, strong analytical skills, and sales experience preferably in FMCG/CPG.

**Additional Requirements**

A minimum salary of $60,000 per year is expected, taking into account the location and industry standards. The compensation package may include additional benefits and performance-based incentives.
