As a Service Desk Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in providing timely and effective technical assistance to our global workforce.

**Job Description**

The Service Desk Support Analyst is responsible for answering incoming calls and chats, providing technical assistance following established procedures and guidelines, and utilizing our knowledge base to ensure documented solutions are applied.

You will also be required to document IT-related cases using our corporate Service Management tool, identify problems and opportunities for improvement, and route more advanced issues outside of established guidelines or scope to the appropriate support group.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent listening and communication skills, customer service, team collaboration, and interpersonal skills. You should also possess tolerance of ambiguity, self-motivation, respect, and flexibility to adapt to a changing environment.

A bachelor's degree in Information Technology and/or Information Systems or other IT-related discipline is preferred. Additionally, you should have functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office 365 suite, including SharePoint, One Note, and Visio.
