Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and needs
- BUILD and maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records, tracking contract updates and renewals
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are met
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients
Responsibilities Include:
- Handle customer inquiries and address their needs in a timely manner
- Ensure accounts receive services within budget and meet their requirements
- Maintain open communication with team members to discuss progress and identify areas for improvement
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional experience in account management, sales, or customer service
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
- Proficiency in common customer success and customer relationship management software
