Commercial Activation Manager for Biscuits

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Activation Manager for Biscuits to join our team at Mondelez International. This role will be responsible for ensuring that promotional campaigns and initiatives are effectively activated across the customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with brand and category teams to understand channel requirements and develop campaign plans by category and retailer.
- Develop and manage in-store point-of-sale (POS) activation requirements.
- Track and evaluate activity versus plan, and provide recommendations for future strategy development.
Requirements:
- Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods industry, preferably with experience working with grocery customers.
- Project management skills in a supply chain or commercial context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
