About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join our team in San Jose, Costa Rica. As a key member of our Commercial Finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions
- Provide analysis and insights to drive business performance, including pricing opportunities, value chain analysis, and investment optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial teams and customers
- Provide financial support to the Commercial Team on S&OP Cycle and Join up Business Plan (JUBP)
- Identify risks and opportunities on the P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet of the Key Markets
- Engage in Business Development Projects
- Analyze and propose changes in route to market (distributor consolidation, channel opportunities, sourcing opportunities, etc...)
About You:
- Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of solid financial experience in related roles and demonstrating increasing responsibilities
- Knowledge of value chain and ability to provide high-quality business analysis
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Fluency in English, with basic Spanish speaking ability a plus
