Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving issues related to Incident/Request/Problem/Knowledge Management.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing Incident and Request Queue Management for Auxis clients and assigning tickets as appropriate
- Providing first-level contact and conveying resolutions to customer issues
- Escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Utilizing excellent customer service skills to exceed customers' expectations
- Ensuring proper recording, documentation, and closure of incidents and requests
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- English-Spanish language proficiency (B2+ or above)
- 1-2 years of technical support experience, with knowledge/training in best practices or IT frameworks such as ITIL
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, VPN, network-shared printers and drives
- A high school diploma and excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in providing high levels of customer satisfaction and performance in a high transaction volume/high demand environment
