Admin Assistant Role Overview
At 360training, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our Executive team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our Executive team, including preparing reports, memos, and presentations.
- Maintain calendars and coordinate scheduling among team members.
- Plan, organize, and record minutes from meetings, including executive and board meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate degree preferred.
- Three years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with calendar systems, including Outlook.
- Knowledge of office systems and equipment.
- Ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
