Admin Assistant Role Overview

At 360training, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our Executive team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our Executive team, including preparing reports, memos, and presentations.
  • Maintain calendars and coordinate scheduling among team members.
  • Plan, organize, and record minutes from meetings, including executive and board meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Three years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with calendar systems, including Outlook.
  • Knowledge of office systems and equipment.
  • Ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
