**Functions of the Position**
- Responsible for performance management and ensure productivity.
- Assist and participate in the recruiting, training and onboarding of employees, when required

other duties as assigned.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees, peers, executive leadership.
- Review the company's budget, analyzing the items that will be authorized.
- Manage and control the management of inventories, fixed funds and budgetary resources of the company.
- Provide support to the operation, ensuring compliance with human resources and payroll policies.
- Legally represent the company before local and international government entities.
- Supervision of personnel and departments in charge.
- Supervise and control activities related to human resources, logistics, accounting and financial processes, information technology and management control of the Company.
- Execute any activity that your immediate boss requests according to your area of competence.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum education: University

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration or Management in any of the following majors: Finance, Math, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
- Experience of 2-5 years in similar positions
- Knowledge: Microsoft Office

**Other Details**

**Salary**: UDS $1,100 - $1,400

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
