Overview:
**The Opportunity**:
**The Day-to-Day**:

- Schedule/coordinate meeting spaces and maintain office calendars
- Greet visitors and make sure they are comfortable
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls to route to the appropriate party
- Provide a variety of administrative tasks to support multiple departments
- Participate in team goals and work with small teams on different projects
- Coordinate repairs and partner with building management
- Maintain awareness of vendors or non-client persons in office area
- Support compliance with all health and safety protocols in the office, as needed
**Your Qualifications**:

- 2+ years experience office management/reception experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Ability to interface with all levels of personnel
- Familiarity with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong orientation towards client service and professionalism
