Sourcing Administrator
This position is in the Community Management of the Interpretations division. The CM-OPI team provides interpreters and translators to meet Lionbridge's various clients' needs; clients include government, insurance, utilities, financial, etc. This position is responsible for assisting with each of the 3 primary responsibilities of the Resource Management team: Recruitment, Security, and Quality Assurance. The Resource Management Administrator will move seamlessly between responsibilities according to the department's needs. This position reports to the Recruitment Team Lead.
**What You Will Do**
- Frequent communication with the Recruitment Team Lead and Resource Manager to establish weekly priorities.
- Assist Resource Manager with developmental projects.
**Recruitment duties to include**:
- Research cultural organizations to contact for rare language needs.
**Security duties to include**:
- Work closely with the Security Liaison on US federal government background reinvestigations and paperwork review.
- Assist with database maintenance and compliance review projects.
**Quality Assurance duties to include**:
- Coordinate, oversee and ensure testing of all interpreters using digital and written assessments.
- Ensure evaluators are available for all language assessments.
- Identify requirements for new evaluators and proctors, locate and train these evaluators, and negotiate rates.
- Process payments for evaluators.
- Submit weekly testing and evaluation reports to monitor usage and costs of assessments.
- Troubleshoot with IT department and Resource Manager if issues with digital testing issues.

- Must be able to provide excellent customer service
- Must have excellent organization skills
- Must be able to work independently and well with others as part of a team
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and data entry
