ROLE SUMMARY
As the ServiceNow Integration Engineer, you will support Pfizer’s Global Business Services organization in managing technical solutions for People Experience, Sourcing, and Financial operations.
In partnership with the ServiceNow Platform Owner and ServiceNow Architect, you will assist in designing, implementing, and utilizing a combination of ServiceNow functionalities to integrate our ServiceNow platform with other Enterprise platforms.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with ServiceNow product squads to map and build integrations to and from the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow core platform configurations.
- Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs, including advanced scripting.
- Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow.
- Work with ServiceNow product squads to develop manual and automated testing solutions for continuous enhancement and integrations of the ServiceNow platform.
- Document and report ServiceNow testing, verification, and validation status and results, including details of errors, non-conformances, and recommended remediation and corrective actions.
- Maintain knowledge of integration capabilities and ATF capabilities through continuous education, conferences, and training.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of total experience
- 2+ years ServiceNow experience
- Experience with ServiceNow API and batch interface methodologies, including Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
- Experience in architecting and deploying large-scale ServiceNow integrations or implementations
- Demonstrate project management, communication, and documentation skills to organize successful design and deployment of ServiceNow spokes and custom-built integrations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Micro Cert Application Development
- ServiceNow Micro Cert Integration
- ServiceNow Micro Cert Automated Test Framework
- Knowledge and experience with Web 2.0 technologies, such as Java scripting, XML, HTML, Ajax, CSS, JSON, jQuery, AngularJS, etc
- Experience working in an Agile project environment (SAFe of Scrum preferred) with an emphasis on frequently delivering functional software releases at a sustainable pace
- Ability to work as an individual and in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Occasional additional hours in the evening or weekends as necessitated by workload, project timelines, or meetings with global vendors and peers.
- Domestic and International travel up to 20%.
