We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in system administration, data analysis, and process documentation.

The role involves analyzing and processing data and system changes from external users, escalating requests that may require additional solutioning, and administering the facility management system, Corrigo, at the direction of the account's Global Corrigo Operations Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Corrigo data administration requests in partnership with other global Corrigo Administrators.
  • Support system and user process documentation, developing new documentation as required and updating existing documentation.
  • Request system changes via Corrigo Data Governance Process.
  • Configure system notification messages, print formats, and other inbound/outbound communication mechanisms.
  • Develop and deploy inspection forms supporting the building engineering team.
  • Audit existing assets and schedules to conform with data and program standards.
  • Update PM/RM schedules including data import/exports.
  • Proactively identify trends in data requests or system usage that may require training or new solutions.

Requirements:

  • High School or Equivalent: preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Above-average aptitude for technology and systems, highly proficient in MS Office.
  • SharePoint administration experience a plus.
  • Superior customer service skills and orientation.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations.
  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints without direct supervision.

This is a hybrid role based in Heredia, CRI. We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
