In this role, you will serve as the primary system administrator for our Salesforce CRM environment, developing and implementing enhancements to system workflows and objects.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement enhancements to system workflows and objects
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the CRM system and quality assure their resolution
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of defects along with new development requests
  • Draft and maintain guides for CRM usage and system management
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and automation that improve servicing of clients
  • Drive initiatives that improve the sales experience and maximize performance

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience administering and customizing Salesforce CRM system (2+ years preferred)
  • Salesforce Administrator Certified
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, objects, and workflows
  • Experience with Agile methodologies with Jira and Confluence
  • Proficient in SQL, HTML, and JavaScript

**Additional Information:**

This is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica. No relocation is available.
