The Microsoft Customer Experience and Success (CEnS) organization plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various lines of business. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, design and implement innovative solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed customer expectations.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive consistency and best practices across sites
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to manage delivery partner contracts and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Lead and manage a team of Support Delivery Managers and Partner Technical Advisors to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost efficiency and process improvements
  • Manage high-priority escalations, ensuring timely issue resolution and robust status communication

Key Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience managing outsourced vendors, direct customer support, program management, or support management
  • Proven track record of people management, with experience leading large teams of 10+ members
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills
