The Customer Experience department at DiDi plays a crucial role in delivering a great journey to all customers. Our team is dynamic, multicultural, diverse, and passionate about creating incredible experiences through efficient technology.

We are looking for a CX operations Analyst who will work in the Customer Experience team, allocated in the CX operations department. In this role, you will assist the team with analysis and reports by providing insightful data to support the team's initiatives.

">

Role Responsibilities

">

- Understand the overall concept of the company, including brand, customer, product goals, and service aspects.

">

- Rotate through divisions of responsibility and provide ideas to grow and improve the business.

- Accept designated projects to research, propose ideas, and solutions, and present final projects during the internship.

- Engage with customers or clients and provide service and/or sales.
