Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to insurance policy transactions.
- Provide top-notch customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed business KPIs for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English language (written and verbal).
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience.
- B2 level English language proficiency (SVAR score of 55-58).
