Job Overview:

This is a critical role that requires excellent customer service skills, technical knowledge, and project management abilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and execute orders, circuit installations, and activations for new and existing clients

  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales agents, and carriers

  3. Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions in a timely manner

  4. Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and issue resolution

  5. Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • Advanced English language proficiency (written and spoken)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • Proven project management skills and experience
  • Technical knowledge of telecommunications and network infrastructure
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
