Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking assistance on payroll, HR, and other related matters.
- Develop and maintain accurate knowledge of company policies, procedures, and best practices to provide informed guidance to employees.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex queries and escalate cases as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of employee interactions, feedback, and outcome-tracking metrics to inform process improvements and quality enhancements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a shared service environment, preferably in a similar role at a multinational corporation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow) and databases, with a strong understanding of payroll and HR processes.
