We are seeking a dedicated Employee Experience Specialist to join our CR People Operations team.

This person will provide day-to-day support, performing HR-related duties on a professional level, working closely with the CR People Operations manager and global people operations team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in employee experience-related market service areas such as onboarding and assimilation, process implementation, HR systems, labor law, employee engagement, benefits programs, and recognition programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and timely people operations support to internal stakeholders.
  • Support and implement people operations objectives to interpret and deliver complex team member experience, team member relations, and labor relations policies, programs, and processes.
  • Build and maintain key internal and external relationships.
  • Provide input and ideas to improve transactional, respectively process efficiencies.
  • Assume ownership for performance against people ops objectives for areas of responsibility.
  • Responsible for keeping stakeholders engaged, get feedback, and driving for continuously good team member experiences.
  • Responsible for providing end-to-end resolution and complex people operations' requests or programs launch.
