Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Director - Human Resources to lead our Human Resource department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops, recommends, and implements human resources policies and procedures, ensuring all policy-related documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
- Collaborates with senior management to provide guidance on complex employee issues and employee legal matters.
- Works closely with the global HR team to drive implementation of strategies and programs, measure and track success, and identify areas for improvement.
- Mentors and develops HR team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensures the HR team is trained and compliant with ISO and BMS processes.
- Coordinates with global HR and Operations teams to update production compensation plans.
- Analyzes annual benefits reports and provides recommendations for benefits renewal.
- Provides guidance on company-related Immigration matters globally.
- Engages with clients in a professional and courteous manner, aligning with the Company's Mission Statement and Policy.
- Fosters a safe working environment by implementing Health and Safety procedures.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is essential. A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience, including 2 years in a managerial role, is also required. Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. SHRM-CP or HRCI PHR) is a plus.
