Customer Experience Manager

Bds Asesores Jurídicos is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Work collaboratively with sales agents and carriers to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Provide proactive support during activation calls, closing orders, and billing processes.
- Maintain accurate records and tracking of client requests and progress.
Requirements:
- Advanced English language proficiency (90% or above) in both written and spoken communication.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Desired Skills:
- Critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Self-motivation and independence, with the ability to escalate complex issues.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
