Job Overview
The Guest Services Manager is responsible for overseeing all property operations and ensuring that high levels of hospitality and service are provided. This includes representing property management in resolving guest or property-related situations and managing the flow of questions and directing guests within the lobby.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations to meet guest expectations
- Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
