We are seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Success Manager to join our team at Intel. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with our warranty services.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business process management, competitive benchmarking, and industry research to deliver best-in-class warranty services globally. You will also partner with Legal, PR, and Global Communications to manage confidential and sensitive data.
This is a highly visible, matrixed role that requires strong strategic thinking, effective influence, clear communication, and the ability to excel under pressure while maintaining a calm and organized approach.
