Job Summary

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous Call Center experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Technical proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
