ACERCA DE LA VACANTE

Funciones del Puesto

Atender consultas de clientes vía telefónica, visita a la oficina, redes sociales y correo electrónico, etc.
Hacer cotizaciones y reservaciones de vuelo, de vehículos y hoteles, nacionales e internacionales.
Realizar envió digital o de ser necesario la impresión de boletos e itinerarios.
Verificación pagos clientes.
Hacer las solicitudes de cotización grupal a través del ejecutivo encargado.
Asistir a las reuniones y capacitaciones respectivas del área.
Atender solicitudes de tarjetas de asistencia.
Apoyar en la gestión de cobro al departamento de contabilidad.
Cotizaciones y reservaciones de circuitos y paquetes a medida.
Cualquier función que su jefatura solicite y que se ajuste a la naturaleza de su puesto.
Requisitos del Puesto

Conocimiento de Amadeus.
Conocimiento en Turismo Nacional y Emisor.
Trabajar con herramientas tecnológicas y redes sociales.
Deseable 2 años de experiência en un puesto similar.
Experiência Deseada

Conocimiento de Amadeus.
Conocimiento en Turismo Nacional y Emisor.
Trabajar con herramientas tecnológicas y redes sociales.
Deseable 2 años de experiência en un puesto similar.
Habilidades Deseadas
