Job Description

As an Inbound Call Handler at Experian, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls from consumers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Performing a variety of activities to ensure consumer satisfaction, including interpreting reports, responding to general inquiries, and processing credit and/or score reports
  • Maintaining the integrity of our database by ensuring data quality and accuracy

You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and support, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
