**Job Description**:
As a Graphic Design and UX Specialist in Experian North America's Employer Branding team, you'll support the recruitment marketing strategy that drives employer recognition and attracts top talent to Experian.

- Ability to build sustainable professional relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- A deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, including websites and social media.
- Be focused and outcome driven as well as champion our values at all times.
- A change agent that can contribute to building our EB maturity alongside a rapidly changing business operation and priorities.
- Passionate about branding, graphic design, and UX.
**Work that matters - What you'll be doing**
- Creative Services support: Leverage design tools, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva Pro to produce assets incl.
templates, artwork, event materials and promotions, and presentations as required.
- Create regional content and assets that highlight our awards, achievements, people, and culture.
- Coordinate with the Recruitment Marketing Manager the planning and execution of employer brand campaigns.
- Carry out the integral management and coordinate the development, support, and maintenance of the digital assets of the company.
- Ensure the daily maintenance of the company's web portal, making the necessary updates to verify its proper functioning.
- Perform "SEO" and "SEM" strategies to optimize the visibility of the company assets in search engines.
- Develop "Landing pages" and sub-sites for the strategic projects of the company according to demand.
- Ensure that the user experience within the digital assets of the company is correct.
- Understand the different conversion and/or acquisition paths (communication funnel) in order to create and maintain the digital assets according to the expected results.
**Qualifications**:
**More about you**
- + 5 years of experience in branding, graphic design, and UX.
- Highly skilled at Digital marketing performance strategy (SEO, SEM, RRSS Ads, E-mail Marketing, etc.)
- High expertise in design tools, and creative suites and preferably Adobe Experience Manager trained.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to forge relationships internally and externally.
- Results orientated with strong project management skills (agile, iterative, MVP focused).
- Collaborative and preferably high energy.
- Basic to intermedium level of English.
