As an IT Service Desk Agent at Experian, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about technology, innovation, and making a difference.
**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**
Providing Tier 1 support and escalating troubles tickets when required
Managing tickets in a timely manner, including opening, updating, and closing
Establishing effective lines of communication with end-users throughout the lifecycle of their issue or service request
Working and interfacing with end-users on a daily basis, installing, configuring, and supporting client workstations and laptops
Assisting Systems Administrators, Manager, and Director in specific project tasks as directed
Managing inventory of equipment and reimagining laptops as needed
What You'll Need To Succeed:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to plan, organize, and implement projects in a timely manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working within a technology support organization
