**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree with internship experience or substantial technical knowledge.
- Sufficient experience in IT, with good English language skills.

- Experience with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow.
- Background in the medical device industry, with experience working in multi-cultural teams.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with a working knowledge of related systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Good understanding of processes and equipment used in assigned work areas.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strict attention to detail and a commitment to adhering to company rules and requirements.
